Hi Rollie, I signed late last year for $2500 pr acre with 15% royalties, very good addendums, I held out but neighbors all around me had already signed so I finally did last November. I"m in the middle of Bradford County, it"s really booming around here, wells going up all over, they are in the process of doing seizmic testing on my land now, we have water trucks and drilling equipment all over the roads, not doing the roads much good either.
