know how you feel, I have a rental house that I was repairing for the next rent dodgers, people from power company called told me that while they were cutting the wire from the pole to the empty house next to it they notice that there was drop cord running from my outside receptacle to there window, when I got there to kill the power to the outside I notice someone had kicked in my back door and was sleeping there and using everthing in my bathroom , including taking showers, plus they stoled my 3day old cordless impact driver, called cops said they couldnt do anything about it , MY daughter texted the boys that were know to be staying there , 1 off them admited to using my house named the others , showed it to the cops they said it couldnt be used in court , so GUESS what I had to eat the cost of repairs and loss of my tools,, were is JUSTICE for the honest man....
