2?-- weights and chains

1 when i take the backhoe off my tractor the rear end might as well be on blocks. It will barley get around unless its flat dry ground. Any thing in the front bucket and thats it. How much rear wheel weight should i have and what options are there (there isnt a 3pth for a weight box)?? 2 what would one suggest for tractor tire chains for plowing snow and runnin around the woods? thanks for advice
