I build my own, using parts from vendors that have proven reliable in the past. I have ten-year-old machines (and older) that still work well but are obsolete. There are people who custom build computers almost anywhere you go. It will cost more than a Wally World special though.

If you want a store-bought machine then buy the eMachines computer and make sure you get the "new Windows" free upgrade coupon with it. Replace the power supply immediately.
