The guy moved out from the city, let his dogs run free, and consequentlly killed my good friend and neighbors cat.....no remorse
He started a fire last year to burn his little 12 acres, "cuz thats what the ranchers do"...I had to call 911 on that one too.
After his dog kill Mary Anns cat, he had the nerve a few weeks later to ask her to pull out a horse trailer he drove into soft ground, off his drive.
His brat kids have been told by the township to quite doing dougnuts on the roads, obviously tears them up....he never called me to tell me, either time about the fires he was going to set or the one Sunday that got out of control.
He deserves to pay full price...around 12,000 dollars for 13 trees, and 100 dollars for removal....
I've had my fill of the man, although it does stick in my craw to do it to a next door neighbor....
