What probably amazes me the most about this post is that some of you who are bemoaning this man's death are the exact same people who preach SSS and that if you ever caught someone in your house stealing something you would shoot them dead on the spot.
I am in no means saying the cop was justified but we do know that the victim was at least agressive toward the cop. If the guy went for the cops gun in the struggle then the cop has justification for shooting him. In terms of the number and placement of shots, the first thing taught at the academy is center mass and until movement stops. The whole idea of shooting them in the leg etc is made for tv bullcrap.
