Apples and oranges. You have to have auto insurance, because you may cause injury/death to another individual and or property. But, it is not manditory for you to have health insurance. It's the smart thing to do, but it is not manditory. Now, with that said, I sure as he!! don't want the government telling me what I MUST DO when it comes to my personal health. Open your eyes, do you honestly want the government calling the shots on something as important, as your healthcare?
