Well MSJ from Mn. Can tell that you aren"t familiar with Yukon passenger door console. If you were, you would know there is rocker switches on the panel.One for Lock And one for windows. If you were a parts mgr-service mgr or what ever, I am sure that the dealership would be in great peril. I know parts changers and so called technicians who couldnt figure up from down.Sounds like to me you fit in that catagory of let the customer beware.The days of a TRUE MECHANIC has all but faded into oblivion and those left to fill the bill are nothing but Parts changers at best. From your reply. I can see why your not a parts /service mgr any more. Best look on your computer for a 99 Yukon at see there is a window/lock combination on the passenger side. Other wise maby you can take a refresher course from GOVERNMENT MOTORS!!! LOU
