I am a dairy farmer.last year was not a great crop year around here and I ran short on corn.I bought 10 thousand bushels so far and probably need another 10 to get me till harvest.Now I have no problem paying 5 dollars for corn if I am getting paid on the other end. But its hard to buy 5 dollar corn with 9 dollar milk.Been loosing 8 to 10 thousand a month since january.Not loosing profit. going IN THE HOLE. So I will take any breaks I can get right now.And 1.50 corn sure would help.
