Neighbor #1 entered pasture gate where neighbor #2 had fed 1k lb round bales.Neighbor #2 who was mowing the pasture with rotory cutter drives over to greet neighbor #1.Rotory cotter picked up twine several yards from where #1 was standing among the tangles of twine.The mower reeled up the twine lassoing #1's foot,threw him to ground and was draging him to the cutter.Thanks be to he who watchs over fools from above that 2 was a seasoned tractor operator and was able to stop the action resulting in only sprained knee.Need I say,2 picks up and burns the twine on a regular basis now.Just one more example of a small oversite that near resulted in tragedy.
