IH 274 I"ve been caught looking at such a tractor. Name plate indicates made in Japan. What are the ups and downs this little tractor? How is parts availability? Supposed to have replaced clutch. Hydraulics work but weak for HM snowplow attachment. Rear rock shaft arms missing. Includes woods underbelly mower. Also painted Oliver green, my normal color. Asking price $2500.00 is this a fair price? What is the normal high and low value this tractor? Fernan
