I ran E85 in my Farmall M for a whole summer two years ago. It ran just fine. Opened up the idle and main screws some and I did advance the timing a few degrees. Started just a bit harder in that it needed some choke where usually don't. I didn't see where it hurt anything but fuel economy.
Last year ran it in my JD620, same bit but didn't need to richen the fuel at all.
