If it is like my tank nothing will stick to it. I needed to do a "spin weld." You need a router and a spin weld attachment with poly disc. The router must spin around 27,000 to 33,000 rpm and it will fix the problem. It must spin fast enouch to friction/heat weld the ;patch to the hole. I have big green poly water tanks.
