I have had bad luck with JB weld but Seal all really does work on almost anything. Use it to reinstall plastic car parts to metal etc. Epoxy resin will probably form a skin on the surface and eventually leak again. Dont forget, their are two different type of resin. Boat builders use a cheaper faster setting resin , not epoxy. called polyester resin. Not as good as epoxy and will not stick to epoxy but epoxy will stick to almost everything. Polyester resin requires a lot less hardener. Epoxy resins are usually 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 and take a lot longer to harden but are water proof. Henry
