Lots of good advice. I guess the 503 has a shear-pin? If it has a clutch I would make sure it would slip. The material in the clutch disc will seize to the clutch plates if there is a little moisture present(Thanks to the absence of asbestos). Lots of damage to drivelines and gearboxes could be prevented if those clutches are adjusted according to mfg. specs..
