On every vehicle I have, I now take the tires and wheels completely off the vehicle and bring them in for them to put tires on. I'm tired of them breaking hub caps, putting the wheels on so tight a gorilla can't take them off or, twice now, when they lift up the vehicle, they smash a fender or body panel. Of course, when it happens they won't tell me or if you go back and accuse them they won't admit it. I've done this for my last four sets of tires and since I started doing it, guess what? I've had no more problems.
