Dont' know how bad yours is. There is a company in S.D. called Minn-Kota Repair that repairs and recovers old steering wheels. Also repair rubber seat springs for old Bostrom (I think) seats used on old Oliver, IH, and JD tractors. Their phone number is 605-432-4315 or 320-839-3940. Good luck.
