If you plan to scrub it down, a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in a gallon of water with some dish soap added is the best de stink you can do. Just be happy it's a car that could be parked elsewhere. A couple months ago we had what seemed like a dozen skunks right behind our house having a contest to see who could stink the most. We woke up to the whole house smelling like skunk. It took about a week before the smell dissipated.
