I think thats a load of horse manure,but heres the way they see it where Im from.Its a collection when the individual peices will start and move and are moved from time to time.Its junk when parts are taken off,sold or the equipment will not start or will not move under its own power.If it has not been moved for twoo or more yaers its considered junk.
