Life insurance is a sucker's game. Anything they can do to get out of paying they will. I got a quote last year for a $250,000 term policy for a 47 year old smoker, $675.00 a month. Didn't take long to figure out I could put that $675 a month into a rental property that would pay for itself and still have the value at the end.
