I covered 70 acres in 8 hours with my 1965 4020, pulling a 13'6" wide Oliver disk in 5th gear.
I then had the wheat seed sown by truck. I borrowed a friend's 2594 Case/IH and covered the same ground in 4 hrs and 10 minutes in 3rd gear, 4th range packing a 470 IH 6-row disk. I enjoyed using both tractors. I could have covered the wheat using the 4020, but I have a day job and so decided to hurry it up a bit.
