Whenever the water is turned on in the house, there's a groaning noise. It sounds like it is coming from the valve on my side of the city water meter, but can't tell for sure. I've turned the valve on and off serveral times and have turned all of the valves in the house off and then fully back on. I could take off the valve on my side of the water meter and put in a straight pipe to see if it is that valve, but the valve looks to be high quality. I've also turned on all of the water outlets to get any air out that may be in the lines. The noise is very load! Any suggestions are appreciated.
