Just should have called them and they would have refunded your money. I have never had a problem with that. I bought an engine over the net and had it delivered to my place of employment and never met either the saler or the man that delivered it. The engine is in my Moline 602 and runs excellent. I have returned parts that was not up to my standards with no problem.
