We have six rows of beans in our garden, and the rabbits have eaten them off again and again (we keep replanting, and they keep eating). We've set traps, but only managed to capture one of the young rabbits. The big fat rabbits just sit out of the garden and watch us work in it, replant, and set the traps. Next year we're going to have to use chicken wire, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what to bait our live traps with. Currently they're baited with carrots and cherries, but so far, no luck. Any suggestions or tips?
And I live in town, so shooting them is not an option. :(
