If the engine that the M-S TSX 950 attaches to has the same displacement as the IH engine you want to use it on and the inatke manifold attach flange and the fuel inlet and linkage is compatible, it will probably work but may need to be rejetted. If the engines are both L head or both overhead valve engines and have the same displacement the TSX 950 will work in place of the TSX 934, given the that the connect flange, fuel connection, and linkage connections are the compatible.
What I'm basically saying is that if both engines have the same airflow characteristics and the installation features are the same, it'll work.
