can anyone tell me the differance between a tsx934sl carb and a tsx950. this is off a 1974 international gas tractor and i would like to put the 950 on inplace of the 934 is there a big differance between them. thanks to any one that can help

If it lines up and fits and the linkage fits use it. You may also be able to use the linkage off the 934 to make it work. Any carb will work if it fits the manifold and the linkage.

Might they not run a bit rich or lean depending on whether for a larger or smaller engine?

If the engine that the M-S TSX 950 attaches to has the same displacement as the IH engine you want to use it on and the inatke manifold attach flange and the fuel inlet and linkage is compatible, it will probably work but may need to be rejetted. If the engines are both L head or both overhead valve engines and have the same displacement the TSX 950 will work in place of the TSX 934, given the that the connect flange, fuel connection, and linkage connections are the compatible.

What I'm basically saying is that if both engines have the same airflow characteristics and the installation features are the same, it'll work.
