He can have my share. I got home about 3:00am from planting and when I saw the radar picture I couldnt believe it, yet another rain storm we werent suppose to get was coming accross Iowa. Yesterday was by far the worst conditions I have ever planted in and EVERYONE else was out running too. A good day today and we could get the last 160 of beans in and we still have 80 of corn to plant and I was going to dive into it late today and just do what I could. This is very discouraging. We were leaning over the pickup at 11pm last night after we filled the planter and I told cliff we have to get done. Everytime we go to the field now I say it is the worst thing I have ever done as the field conditions get increasingly worse each time. I am headed to do chores and I sent him to get the planter out of the field and move it home but I ignored the imminent rain and said to send the cultivator to the next field and get it rolling in the hopes we could miss this ONE rain. What I wouldnt do for a couple of nice days. bill
