Stay where you are. If I were 39 years old again I'd jump on the the new diesel technology with both feet. It won't pass you by if you don't let it.There are courses available to bring you up to speed.I am almost 60 years old, have been in business for over 35 years and I still rebuild 3 or 4 engines a month,mostly older stuff, plus welding ,fabrication and repair lots of other equipment.
