All I can say is after reading all this, I am so glad to live in KY. Only thing you have to do to your car here is pay taxes on them every year and show proof of insurance when you do that. I have a 00 Chevy cavalier, 93 chevy K1500, and a 93 Ford one ton my taxes on the three this year gave me a good handfull of change back from a $100 bill.
