The 'Air Resources Board' in California has decided that diesel engines are the number one public health problem.

They based their findings on research that showed if you breathed nothing but diesel exhaust for 70 years you might get sick....

Between further 'fuel reformulation' and mandatory 'soot diapers' this is the beginning of the end for any productive activity in that state.
