Ok, it appears that it might not be necessary to pull the starter to find the source of my leak. You all need to help me out here. I am fairly mechanically inclined but I am not real knowledgable about tractors. As I said, the water is coming from behind the starter. It appears from your responses that there is a freeze plug behind the flywheel and in back of the head. Can I see either of these freeze plugs without removing anything to get an idea which one might be the problem?
