French manufactured MF135

I am looking at a MF135 diesel and noticed the gauges are in French and the serial number plate says it was manufactured in Paris, France. I can not find anything that tells by serial number what year this tractor may have been manufactured. What would I be getting into as far a parts availability? Will the local Massey dealer have parts for this model?? And are they good tractors?? Would appreciate any help.
