Brute force and ignorance have always worked for me. ":^) Seriously, a set of shop-built wooden skids, with an angle cut on the leading edge, and chocks front and rear might do it if you have solid or wood ramps. If you have "ladder" type ramps, try making the wooden skids longer, say 4' or so, with an eyebolt front and rear so you can loop a chain up over the wheel to hold 'em in place.
