loading stuck tractor on trailer

I may need to load a tractor on which the rear wheels (steel, with lugs) are stuck. (Transmission and engine stuck). Any good ideas on what to use for "skids" or any other method of getting the tractor on without unduly stressing the rear wheels, axles, bearings? It's heavy-- 7000 pounds. Thanks
