Uninformed for sure. The largest cattle man east of the Mississippi is an Amish man. He keeps over 20 English in good wages along with, I wouldn't have any idea how many Amish family's. He is paying people, Amish and English in three states to feed cattle for him. I have not heard one bad word about this group. You drive down the road he is coming toward you in his buggy and he will be the first to wave.
Of course there is snobbish, opinionated, mean spirited, self absorbed, sticky fingered folks in all creeds
