have had them for 10+ years and have been very happy. wife totaled out a 2 year old SUV and it is the first time i MADE money on a ins. claim. our rates have NEVER went up but down every year. i check around every year and NO one comes close with the rates apples to apples. we don't have a agent but use Progressive Direct. wife rolled the SUV at 3;30 called them at about 3;45 they returned my call 5 minn. latter. next morning at 9;00am the adjuster was in our yard look at the SUV said it's a total and by 10;00 the same day we had our check she did it all out in her car and she took care of the tow bill and the Mail box she hit during the roll. we replaced the SUV with a new one and our rates went DOWN never up
