Thanks for your help. The tractor is an Industrial model, not a normal 4000 series. If you go to the link below and look at the last(only) photo in the group, and if you imagine the machine to be yellow and blue instead of grey and red, and if you add a front bucket, it would look like mine. Same goofy triple headlights and solid frame.

I did not find the serial number where you suggested. Does this new data give you any new ideas where the darn #s might be located?
