I haven't priced them lately but I'd suspect that a bias of that size would be in the 500 range for a Firestone and probably a bit less for a Galaxy.
I suppose it depends on what you're doing with the tires, but I've never found used tractor tires to be much of anything but heartache. I wouldn't spend more on a used tractor tire that I'd spend in the casino in one night... and I've yet to leave 2 cents in the casino. Remember, a tractor tire at a consignment auction is not there because it was of use to the previous owner... keep that in mind.
