Agree with LAA; if you're anywhere close to a decent bearing and/or seal supply place they should be able to match what you've got, assuming the seals aren't in pieces. If you're way out somewhere, make new post with model # etc, that you need part numbers, and someone'll probably be able to send numbers that you can get matched online. Good luck.
