The amp meter is not showing charge when I start my 52 IH C.It was converted to 12 volt in the past but has been sitting for 6 years in a dry storage area. Could the brushes be stuck? Also,being 6 volt system before will the same amp gauge for (6 volt) still work for 12 volt or should this be a new one for 12 volt.This one does look new but what should i look for here to check?
