Glad to hear you are improving. I use to get sciatica fairly often. Chiropractors were a joke. Doctors only gave me medicine that made me float in the clouds all day. I started exercising. Walk 2 miles each day up my mountain and back down. Get back and start a one hour session of stretches (including yoga).I Just experminted with the movements until I found the ones that helped the most. Some made it worse. Don't just do those generic excercises on the handouts that Doctors and Chiropractors give out. Those do not fit everyone and can hurt you. Now I am 100% better. 2 hours of body maintainence per day may seem like a lot but it is sure worth it. I work hard and feel great.
