It's worth that amount even if it don't run. I would say go for it if it's all there. I gave $1400 for my last one and the engine had to be rebuilt, that was with no equipment. With all the parts and rebuilding the injectors and injector pump + 2 tires I ended up with about $2200 in it If the engine has'nt froze-up from sitting it should be easy enough to crank and use. Even if the engine needs rebuilt it only cost about $500 to completely go through it if you do the work. The Super is 152 CID Perkins diesel and you have anywhere from 34 to 38 pto hp according to how hot you set the pump and how you set the injector timing.
