Thanks for the replies.It is my brother in laws truck,yes he has been changing the filter (at about 10xxx)like you said ,just to be safe.Looks like the tank is gonna come off so we can determine if it is indeed the pump.About the primer pump,do these have a tendency to suck air? I am a Dodge Cummins fan myself but I do know if it is a motor it does not matter who makes it ,eventually you WILL have problems.Again thanks for the help.
