You've made me hungry and I just had breakfast. I love a lot of things about the South but grits are right up there on the list. They just never caught on up north. We can't get them except for the make believe instant ones that people walk right by. Most people who were never in the Army don't even know what they are. Hey, I like mine with butter (lots) and pepper. No salt, thank you. Eggs, bacon or ham. What a wonderful meal. One thing I don't like about the South? GNATS! (Or do you have them trained to only bother Yankees?)
