How about 23 to 15 in St. Cloud. Then 15 south to Highway 60 south of New Ulm.
Couple of small towns on 15, but not as bad as some of the other routes.
Watch the roundabout on the north side of Hutchinson - shouldn't have any trouble with that length of trailer.
Also, when you approach New Ulm, take 14 east, then hang a right about 2 miles down 14 (I forget the number) Then you can avoid most of downtown New Ulm. This will come out by the Perkins on the south side of New Ulm. Hang a left (south) on 15, keep going until you hit 60.
60's a pretty good 4-lane for the better part of the drive.
