I have a Troy-bilt tiller with a 8 hp. kohler mangnum engine on it. It starts and runs fine for a few minutes then starts running rough and gas starts running out of the air intake and acts like the choke is on. I was told the needle valve in the carb may be sticking. Long story short, I've installed a NEW carb, removed gas tank and cleaned out and added fresh gas, replaced pug, and air cleaner. I might add it does have a small fuel pump under the carb. It still does the same thing. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
