had a Buick once that did the same thing except it would blow out fluid anytime you drove it. Turned out to be the 0-ring on the tube that holds the dipstick, where it goes into the engine block. I'd spent $30 adding fluid & the parts store gave me the 0-ring because it was only 2 cents & they didn't want to run it thru their register!
