If this was their error, as they seem to admit, they should refund you all shop time since the first repair. If it were MY shop that did something like that, I'd go an extra mile and offer you a free service of some kind to repay you for your time, trouble and transport. Their credibility is showing thin at this point. If they treat you right, you can say "I guess it could happen to the best of us," but if they expect you to suffer for their error, you could rightly be a dissatisfied customer. The problem with dissatisfied customers is that they talk to all their friends.... who talk to their friends... who talk to their friends. You can't stay in business with that kind of talk on the street.
