What ever she may have been ticked off about the slapping part is as unacceptable for her to do to you as it would be for you to do to her. Some women don't seem to think so for some reason. I think you need to have a sit down talk. You probably need to apologize for something. Then the slapping thing needs to be discussed and made clear that it had better be the last time that happens. If she is a slapper and continues to do that I would find a lawyer and get rid of her.
