The dealers here run the $2,000 push, pull, or drag it in trade deal a few times a year too. The deal with them is they mark up the prices $2,500 the week befor or they keep the $3,000 rebate. It's not much of a deal, just a way to pay to get rid of a scrap car that you could sell at the river port.
